Originally, this painting was watercolor only. I had it on my spare easel so I could study it for a few days. I felt it was a bit too tight so I grabbed the acrylic inks and went to town. After using the black in the trees and sky, I splashed some lime green into the trees. It felt really good to paint that wild and free. It was a release that was needed to free up my work a bit.
