This piece is inspired by a picture I took while on vacation in Maine. I have spent quite a bit of time digging through my archive of photographs so that I am better prepared for my upcoming vacation to Maine. I sketched with a pencil the last time I was there, but this time I plan to break out the paints and easel every chance I get.
